Gemini CLI Nightly: Fixes Streaming Errors and Context Loss

Google released the latest nightly build of Gemini CLI v0.55.0. This update primarily fixes several core logic issues: including stopping a new user message from fusing into an unanswered tool response, and repairing tool response loss during /compress session reload and quota-fallback.
Additionally, the version improves nested gaxios streaming error parsing and preserves the functionCall thoughtSignature when stripping thought parts.
