GitHub Copilot CLI Update: Adds Concurrent Sessions Management

GitHub officially released Copilot CLI v1.0.79-5. The new version introduces the ability to manage multiple concurrent sessions directly from the Sessions tab and sidebar.
Additionally, this update adjusts prompt pinning to be off by default and fixes missing dev tool caches in sandboxed wrapper builds.
