Claude Code CLI Update: Introduces Multi-Step Agent and Refined Grep Tool

Anthropic's command-line tool, Claude Code, has released version 2.1.223, bringing several adjustments to its CLI surface and underlying prompts.
Key Updates:
- New Agent Tool: Added a new tool description to launch an agent specifically for handling complex, multi-step tasks.
- Grep Tool Refinement: Clarified the description and usage of the Grep tool, explicitly stating it is ripgrep-based and detailing output modes, headlimit, and offset behavior.
- Models & Settings: Added claude-chrome-screenshots- models and introduced owner wildcard entries (owner/) in managed settings to allow or block all marketplace repos under a GitHub org.
Additionally, the update increased Prompt tokens by 9,566 (+14.3%), with system prompts now accounting for 74.3% of the total mix.
