Claude Code CLI Update: Multi-Agent Coordination and Permission Fixes

Claude Code CLI version 2.1.223 has been released, introducing several key features and critical security fixes.
New Features:
- Added owner/ wildcard support for managing GitHub org repos in marketplace settings.
- A new tool launches agents to coordinate complex multi-step tasks, enabling automated workflows.
- Introduced a /teleport hint for seamlessly continuing cloud sessions locally.
Security Fixes:
- Patched a Bash permission bypass where crafted commands padded with tabs or invisible Unicode could hide parts of the command from the approval dialog.
- Fixed workflow scripts using dynamic import() to execute code outside the sandbox.
