Descent Author Acknowledges Code Slop, Pledges Continuous Optimization

Addressing the recently released Lean 4 genetics project Descent, the author acknowledged that there is currently a lot of "slop" (redundant or low-quality code) in the codebase. However, the goal is to reduce this over time. The author also emphasized that the project already contains some good, functional parts and isn't entirely slop.
