Insilico Medicine has introduced the PandaOmics MCP (Model Context Protocol) integration. This feature allows users to connect local agentic tools like Claude Code and Cursor directly to its advanced biological ecosystem, enabling seamless access to target discovery, pathway analysis, and biomedical intelligence.
In a recent demo, the team showcased how Claude Code can use the PandaOmics MCP integration to analyze single-cell gene expression patterns in rheumatoid arthritis and automatically generate a publication-ready HTML report.
