AI creator @altryne shared an awkward yet funny anecdote from a Google I/O dinner where he was lucky enough to sit at the same table as Jeff Dean, Chief Scientist at Google.
An influencer sitting next to Dean didn't recognize him and asked, "What do you do?" When Dean replied, "I'm the Chief Scientist at Google," the influencer's jaw literally dropped. However, shortly after the shock wore off, the influencer turned back to peers to chat about YouTube strategies, completely ignoring the AI legend.
