ENCODE GRAMMAR: Nearly 4,000 Models for DNA Sequence Function Prediction Released

A Stanford team released ENCODE GRAMMAR, one of the largest collections of regulatory DNA sequence-to-function (seq2func) predictive models to date. The project trained a total of 3,865 models based on the ENCODE database, complete with full model interpretations and annotation tracks, providing a powerful AI tool for genomics research.
