Chorus: Enabling Genomics Research via Conversational AI

A research team has introduced Chorus, a conversational tool designed to enable researchers without programming experience to utilize cutting-edge predictive models for genomics.
The platform recently integrated CATv1, a collection of approximately 7,500 Cherimoya models specifically trained to predict chromatin accessibility across diverse human cell types and tissues. Users can now invoke these complex predictive models simply through natural language chat.
