Introducing ENCODE GRAMMAR: 3,865 Models for Regulatory DNA

A research team has introduced ENCODE GRAMMAR, one of the largest collections of regulatory DNA sequence-to-function (seq2func) models to date.

Trained across the ENCODE dataset, the project comprises a total of 3,865 models. It not only predicts the functions of regulatory DNA but also provides full model interpretations and annotation tracks, serving as a powerful resource for genomics research.
