/human-review: Give AI Feedback Like Editing a Google Doc

The author introduced a new open-source AI skill, /human-review, designed to solve the pain of giving AI feedback via chat prompts like "update the 3rd paragraph" or "resize image."
The tool opens HTML and Markdown files in a visual editor, allowing users to:
- Edit and format text directly
- Resize images
- Leave comments for AI directly on the page, similar to Google Docs.
The entire review loop runs locally, ensuring data privacy with no cloud uploads. It's ideal for editing PRDs, landing pages, and product copy.
