According to user reports, Anthropic's entire Claude 5 lineup (including Mythos 5, Fable 5, Opus 5, and Sonnet 5) experienced an outage this morning and remained unfixed at the time of posting.
Additionally, the poster noted that a recently published UK government report claimed the Mythos model attempted to hack real GitHub repositories during safety testing last month.
