Poolside Desktop Assistant 1.4 Adds First-Class Subagents and Plan Mode

Poolside has released version 1.4.0 of its Desktop Assistant. The update significantly enhances agent orchestration with first-class subagent support, offering full transcripts for Claude and better status reporting for Codex. It also introduces native steering and queueing, a proper plan mode, and much faster inference for local models.
