MiniMax H3 on RTX 3060: Generates 10-Second Pixar-Style Animation in 19 Minutes
Pitiful_Archer_4381 · reddit · 2026-08-05
A developer shared benchmark logs of running the MiniMax H3 video generation model locally on a consumer-grade RTX 3060 (12GB VRAM, 32GB RAM).
By enabling EasyCache acceleration (skipping 8 out of 20 sampling steps for a 1.67x speedup), the graphics card successfully generated a 10-second Pixar-style animation. The entire prompt execution took about 19 minutes and 31 seconds. The author also shared the ComfyUI workflow file used for the community to study.
