ENCODE GRAMMAR: Nearly 4,000 AI Models for Regulatory DNA Sequences Released

Stanford researchers have released ENCODE GRAMMAR, one of the largest collections of regulatory DNA sequence-to-function (seq2func) AI models to date.
- The project comprises 3,865 models trained across the ENCODE dataset.
- All models come with full model interpretations and annotation tracks to facilitate downstream research in genomics and bioinformatics.
