anshulkundaje · x · 2026-08-05
Anshul Kundaje's team announced ENCODE GRAMMAR (Genomic Regulatory Atlas of sequence Models, Motifs, Annotations & Rules), a massive resource for decoding human regulatory DNA.
The release includes:
- 3,865 experiment-specific deep learning model sets
- Corresponding sequence annotations
These tools allow researchers to predict and interpret the impact of non-coding variants on gene regulation.
