GitHub Copilot CLI Update Introduces Breaking Change in Sandbox Settings

GitHub Copilot CLI released version v1.0.79-1. This update includes a BREAKING CHANGE: the sandbox setting allowDevToolCaches is renamed to allowDevToolAccess. The old key is no longer read and will be silently ignored.
It also fixes several issues: corrects token attribution for Free/Student users, resolves bugs where disabling one extension broke others, and improves the handling of sandbox-blocked commands on Linux.
