Elon Musk Commits to NVIDIA Exclusively, Expects 2GW Compute by Year-End

Elon Musk revealed that his AI team is deploying compute faster and more efficiently than anyone else in the industry. He projects having over 2 gigawatts (GW) of compute online by the end of this year, with cumulative compute potentially approaching 10 GW by the end of next year.
Furthermore, he explicitly stated the decision to build exclusively on NVIDIA chips moving forward. He cited NVIDIA's upcoming Vera Rubin architecture as the best AI computer available and highly valued their close cooperation.
