xAI Announces Fourth Data Center with 220,000 GB300 GPUs

Elon Musk confirmed that xAI is building its fourth data center, named 'Minihard', near its existing Memphis facilities. The new site will feature 220,000 GB300 GPUs with 800-gigabit NICs in a denser configuration.
Additionally, xAI plans to remove 69 existing turbines at its Southaven site to make way for a permanent 1.2-gigawatt power plant to meet the massive energy demands.
