GitHub Copilot CLI course updated with browser-based OAuth flow

The GitHub Copilot CLI for Beginners course has been updated to include a new browser-based OAuth flow in the quickstart, simplifying login. Device code flow remains for headless scenarios. Other updates were made over the past month.
