HappyRobot, an enterprise AI voice agent platform, has raised a $150 million Series C at a $1.2 billion valuation. The round was led by Prysm Capital and co-led by Eurazeo, with continued backing from a16z, Base10, and Y Combinator.
Two years after deploying its first voice agent in a US freight brokerage, the company now serves over 150 global enterprises across supply chain, energy, telecom, and airlines. Clients include DHL and Uber, marking 5x growth since its Series B. HappyRobot aims to build "Enterprise Superintelligence," where organizational intelligence compounds as agents and humans learn from one another.
