A Raspberry Pi device turns phone calls and room conversations into live captions for a deaf user.

The GitHub project builds a 10-inch touchscreen appliance that sits beside a landline phone, captures both calls and in-room speech, and displays near-real-time subtitles in large text. It runs headless as a systemd service and is meant to be simple: plug it in and it works.
