A Reddit user says they ran Minimax H3 on an RTX 3060 12GB with 16GB RAM and got a result on the first try, which made them pleasantly surprised that the model can run on such modest hardware.
They note the tradeoff is speed: generating a 10-second, 0.4-megapixel clip takes about 30 minutes, but the output was good enough that they plan to keep testing how far they can push the device.
