A simple test for bias in video models: sample many continuations
giffmana · x · 2026-08-04
The author proposes a simple way to study bias in video models:
- Create a prefix video that admits several plausible next scenes.
- Sample many continuations from the model.
By comparing which continuations are favored, researchers can probe model bias. The post also argues this matters more as video models become foundations for action models, or so-called World Action Models.
