Hands-on: Spark Agent Automates Email Workflows Unattended
eyishazyer · x · 2026-08-04
The author compared Google Gemini and Spark in executing a multi-step workflow: read unread emails → summarize into a Doc → email to another account.
Regular Gemini stalled at step one because it lacks standing inbox access, requiring manual copy-pasting. Spark, acting as a true agent, autonomously completed all three steps without human intervention. The author noted that despite using the same underlying model, the different product paradigms resulted in a completely different experience.
