Markov AI Open-Sources CAD Environments Dataset for Training Engineering AI

Markov AI has released the CAD Environments dataset on Hugging Face, designed to train AI models for engineering tasks via computer-use environments.
The dataset contains 51 complete human-performed task workflows totaling 99 hours, covering 8 major mechanical design and modeling software groups including AutoCAD, SOLIDWORKS, and Siemens NX. Each workflow preserves the full task context—not just the final model—including task prompts, reference input files, gold outputs, evaluation rubrics, and human walkthrough screen recordings with synchronized interaction events and narration. This provides a high-quality benchmark for developing autonomous agents capable of operating complex engineering software.
