Wall Street's AI Move: Exposing the Workflow Rather Than Replacing Workers

While most people fear AI will simply replace workers, the bigger disruption on Wall Street is how AI exposes and measures workflows. It forces companies to track exactly who touched a process, who approved it, and who caused delays. Once these previously hidden workflows are measured, the entire payroll and staffing story fundamentally changes.
