Dev Unlocks Gemini's Hidden Chain-of-Thought with Open-Source Extension

Google removed the ability to view Gemini's detailed reasoning steps, but a developer discovered that these "thoughts" are still returned by the servers. They built a lightweight, open-source browser extension that integrates natively into the chat UI to display the reasoning process in real-time or within an expanded view. Future updates will include quality-of-life features like collapsible code blocks.
