petewoodbridge · x · 2026-08-03
The 3D animation tool Mesh2Motion has released Update 12, bringing three major additions:
- New Horse Rig: Includes 13 unique animations. Unlike the stealthy movements of the previous fox rig, the horse features a more majestic posture and distinct walking gaits.
- Offline Desktop Application: Users can now download a desktop version for Windows, Mac, and Linux, allowing them to work on projects without an internet connection while retaining all web features.
- 40+ New Human Animations: The total count now exceeds 160, adding strafing, gliding, ladder movement, bow and arrow mechanics, and more death/zombie animations.
The update also improves bone visualization with a better colorization system, making it easier to debug bone placement and orientation.
