Multimodal LLMs Excel at Redesigning House Floor Plans in Specific Aesthetics

A user experiment reveals that current multimodal LLMs are phenomenal at 3D spatial tasks. By simply inputting Bay Area house floor plans and prompting for a specific aesthetic like Kyoto, the models can easily redesign the interior.
