HeyGen compared its own model against Flux 2.0 pro, Seedream V5, and Kling V3 using the same prompt to generate a specific person's face.
While the other three models produced high-quality images, they all missed the mark in accurately reproducing the subject's exact facial features, making them unsuitable for personal digital avatars. HeyGen emphasizes that in digital human use cases, strict character consistency is more critical than just generating a visually pleasing image.
