India's Semiconductor Push: 12 Factories Built with $20B Investment

India's Minister of Electronics & IT reviewed the progress since the launch of the Semicon India initiative in 2022. The country has approved 12 semiconductor manufacturing units, attracting $20 billion in investment, with 3 units already producing chips.
