Open-Source Krea2 Node: Bounding Boxes Solve Multi-Character LoRA Bleeding
tekprodfx16 · reddit · 2026-08-01
A developer released a custom ComfyUI node (V12) for the Krea 2 model, completely solving the issue of facial identity bleeding when using multiple character LoRAs simultaneously.
Key Features:
- Precise Regional Control: Uses bounding boxes to restrict each LoRA's influence, blocking cross-region pixel contamination at the underlying attention mechanism level.
- Composition Authority: The size and position of boxes directly dictate subject distance and framing; the model automatically rewrites contradicting camera prompts.
- Scene & Outfit Transfer: Drops characters naturally into real photo backgrounds or swaps outfits via reference images without extra training.
- Face Detailer: A post-pass node detects faces and re-renders them at high resolution with the correct LoRA to restore drifted identities.
Requirements: Needs PyTorch 2.5+ with FlexAttention, and LoRAs must be trained specifically on Krea 2.
