Formbar: Steering AI Video Generation via 3D Scenes from a Single Image
gorkem · x · 2026-08-01
Project Formbar took 1st place in the Developer Track at fal's hackathon. It introduces a highly practical workflow for controllable video generation:
- Users can lift a rough 3D clay scene directly from a single image.
- Motion and camera trajectories can then be blocked out and adjusted within the 3D space.
- Finally, the system generates a fully steered, photorealistic video output based on these precise spatial controls.
This approach eliminates the guesswork associated with text-only prompts, significantly improving precision in AI video generation.
