PromptLayer Launches Tool Response Mocking for Agent Testing Without Backend

PromptLayer released a new testing feature that allows developers to mock tool responses directly within the Playground and evaluation workflows. This enables testing end-to-end AI agent behavior conveniently, without the need to hook up actual backend services.
