DeepSeek has officially released the weights and technical report for DeepSeek-V4-Flash-0731 under the MIT license. Superseding the preview version, it features substantially enhanced agentic capabilities and includes a speculative decoding module. Despite a smaller activated parameter count than V4-Pro, it outperforms the preview on benchmarks and is broadly competitive with top proprietary models.
