NeurIPS 2026 Workshop Call for Papers: Verification in the Age of AI Scientists
marinkazitnik · x · 2026-07-31
The AI for Science workshop at NeurIPS 2026 in Sydney will focus on Verification in the Age of AI Scientists.
As systems like Sakana's AI Scientist, Lila Sciences, and Google's Co-Scientist generate hypotheses and experiments at scale, verifying these outputs has become the primary bottleneck. The workshop asks how we should trust, judge, and act on AI-generated science when verifiers are imperfect, scarce, or absent.
Several prominent speakers and panelists have been announced, and the call for papers is currently open.
