Arm reported strong fiscal 2027 first-quarter results with revenue of $1.29 billion, up 22% year-over-year, alongside record royalty and licensing revenues.

Notably, data center royalties more than doubled, and Neoverses has surpassed 1.5 billion cores shipped. This growth curve is now levered to AI system builds rather than general server units. With Arm-based accelerated server platforms being adopted by NVIDIA (Vera), Google (Axion), and Qualcomm, spending on Arm architecture is on track to surpass x86 in the data center.
