LinkedIn Adds 'Seems Like AI Slop' Button to Combat AI-Generated Posts

LinkedIn is introducing a series of new features aimed at reducing the overwhelming volume of AI-generated content (AI slop) on its platform.
Most notably, the platform has added a reporting button allowing users to flag posts that "seem like AI slop." This follows a report by AI detector Pangram revealing that 41% of LinkedIn long-form posts were flagged as entirely AI-generated. LinkedIn's Chief Product Officer stated that tackling AI slop is now a top priority.
