Handoff: A Shared Server to Mirror Team Agent Conversations
Queasy_Teaching_4928 · reddit · 2026-07-30
To solve the issue of AI coding tools like Cursor and Claude Code lacking team-wide visibility, a developer built Handoff, a small shared server.
While individual developers retain their own agent history, there is a significant context silo within organizations: teammates cannot search past conversations, understand decision rationales, or pick up where others left off.
Handoff mirrors every agent conversation so the entire team can search, continue, or review why a specific decision was made. If Git tracks what changed in the code, Handoff tracks why, making that context visible beyond a single developer.
