Matt Pocock's AI Hero platform has released a free 7-lesson course designed to help engineers build repeatable workflows for working with AI coding agents without compromising engineering standards.
The curriculum covers a complete loop from fuzzy idea to trusted workflow. Key topics include clarifying ambiguous decisions with /grill-with-docs, testing uncertain ideas via /prototype and /handoff, breaking down tasks using /to-spec and /to-tickets, and running safer AFK (away from keyboard) agents using Sandcastle.
