Beginner Builds Script-to-Storyboard Agent, Seeks Architecture & Eval Advice

An undergrad student shared a YouTube Script-to-Storyboard Agent built to learn agentic AI. The tool parses scripts to output visual prompts, UI concepts, and B-roll suggestions.
Currently, the agent uses a purely linear pipeline (parsing, shot planning, B-roll search, pacing review). The author acknowledges this architecture isn't robust and asks the community for help:
- Architecture flaws: How to handle node hallucinations or failures without breaking the chain?
- Evaluation methods: How do professionals evaluate agents? What frameworks exist for scoring outputs?
- Learning path: To move from a linear pipeline to a true state machine, should they dive into LangGraph, AutoGen, or something else?
