EMBC 2026: Predicting Multiple Neuropathologies with Interpretable AutoML

A study accepted at EMBC 2026 introduces a method to predict multiple neuropathologies using routine structural MRI. Moving away from black-box deep learning, the approach employs interpretable AutoML, achieving the best performance for hippocampal sclerosis (MCC = 0.41).
