Daniel, former COO of Citadel Securities, argues that companies fundamentally misunderstand token spend. Distributing token budgets uniformly across an organization guarantees 100x the cost for only 0.1x the productivity.
Instead, he suggests companies should allocate tokens strategically, just as they would allocate financial capital. The real winners of AI will be the "Token Allocators" who maximize intelligence per dollar, rather than the "Tokenmaxxers" who blindly maximize usage.
