Tech Leader Predicts General-Purpose Robotics Breakthroughs Between 2027-2030

Linus Ekenstám shared his insights on robotics development, noting he currently operates 4 physical robots, a number expected to grow to 6-8 by year-end.
He highlighted that while current robots are single-purpose, the next major breakthrough will be in general-purpose robotics. Although initially limited in task libraries, these robots will rapidly accelerate and eventually perform almost any human task. He predicts that the period between 2027 and 2030 will bring more societal change than everything seen since the year 2000.
