AI and chip stocks are starting to look like a parabolic run fading into distribution

AI and semiconductor stocks are being described as a classic parabolic move that has turned into distribution, with lower highs and lower lows.
The attached charts show the 6-month performance of SOXL, Micron, and SanDisk:
- SOXL: up 55.44% over 6 months, then fading from a recent peak.
- Micron (MU): up 88.29% over 6 months, but off its highs.
- SanDisk (SNDK): up 103.24% over 6 months, also rolling over.
The poster’s broader point is that the AI trade and semiconductor names may already be showing signs of distribution after a big run, and that calls to “slow down” could look very different if the economy weakens and the job market turns.
