- 97% plan to invest more in AI next year.
- 86% say AI is driving cost-efficient growth.
- 94% say AI agents are helping with both cost and growth.
- The biggest differentiators among “AI ROI Leaders” are clear ownership, embedding AI into core processes, and ongoing employee training.
