Unity’s CEO liked a demo built with Unity, but the substantive news is in the screenshot: Unity has shipped a free terminal CLI for coding agents, CI, and custom tooling.
The CLI keeps MCP support, adds an MCP Mode for existing MCP agents, and Unity says both the CLI and MCP are free, positioning the tool for agentic dev workflows rather than just game development.
