Cloudflare Browser Run adds structured human handoff for browser agents

Cloudflare Browser Run now supports structured human-in-the-loop handoff for multi-step browser workflows.
Instead of ad hoc pause-and-resume logic, an agent can signal that it needs help, hand the task to a human through Live View, and continue once the human finishes the blocked step. Cloudflare says this is especially useful when a login wall or unexpected prompt would otherwise fail an entire run. The changelog includes a CDP example using Cloudflare.getLiveView, Cloudflare.handoff, and a Cloudflare.handoffComplete event to resume execution.
