The issues were concrete: the Claude menu path had changed, the portal flow included an extra step the tutorial omitted, and the English version had drifted even further. The missing step was the critical one — without it, the agent still connected but saw no data. The lesson: a tutorial is only a hypothesis until someone actually runs it on the real interface, so every step should be validated before shipping and screenshots should come from that run.
